why don't I have dung beetles anymore?

Just went to a workshop about hollistic grazing mgt. Was told ivomec and generic dewormers as well kill dung beetle population on your ranch.
I have none, makes sense. I've used generic for years. BUT, I just read ivomec DOES not hurt dung beetle populations.
Which is it?
