Neighbor raised an old sow bldg several years ago so he could store his combine in it.  Had an Amish crew do it.  They cut the bldg in half, so they were only raising 1/2 at a time.  Used screw jacks and cribbing.  Made a very nice combine storage bldg out of it.   His s-i-l now owns that bldg and is thinking of converting it to a semi wash bay and storage.  I don't know where his decision-making process on that stands right now.
