RTX will give you horizontal 1.5" accuracy, should be just fine to plant 16 and pick 12. Omnistar XP or HP would be fairly close also, 2-5" accuracy. Benefit to RTX is that it is repeatable from day to day, year to year, where as the Omnistar signals may, and often do drift.
From what I understand the Intellislope system can accept almost any GPS signal to use the system, but the accuracy will only be as good as the GPS signal you are importing. Trimble highly recommends GLONASS with a RTK basestation within 2 miles of where you are leveling or tiling.
