Jim Beam - 2/19/2012 22:40 Specs are pretty strong for that light of a tractor. Nebraska test for 8410: 236 pto hp at rated; 20,600 unballasted weight with fat singles. JD specs (no Nebraska test published yet) for 7280R: 232 pto hp at rated; 27,180 (12,329) *TLS, IVT, 650/85R38 singles, 540/65R34 front. Another weight I came up with was 24,600, but they didn't list the tires. I think that was without the TLS. I guess the 8010 series was way too light. Jim, you know a lot about the ag industry. You thoughts and comments are always appreciated by me, but you do seem to have a biased background. I've never quite been able to place what it is though. |
