Tillsonburg Ont | I don't understand the boom comments on a Miller whipping.I have had a 4240 for 3200 hrs,the boom floats along with auto height like it should. The boom fold on a Hagie is no good for us since we work under hydro wires alot and straight over like Hagie or Case is not an option. We go through gullies to a lot of fields and usually the 5 way nozzels bodies just flip to a different nozzel when hit by a branch.I was actually amazed at how well it did go through tight spots.I can get through places our 1274 Rogator can't.My booms are up high in the rack and the Rogator is wide by the tires.I was 10 days and 100 hrs over warrenty and Miller still stood behind a large claim.4 years later they just took it back this winter for updates free of charge.I dont know you could complain about that. | |
