Soutwest Ks. | Brad: I was there for most of the last two days. I thought an interesting story about the 8300 Deere. A friend told me that the owner had recently purchased the tractor thinking it had 4,600 hrs. rather then the 14,600 hrs. Supposedly paid $63,000 for it and shipped it in from another state. I think the $47,000 was actually a good price for that high hr. tractor. Was talking to a machinery broker and he said he normally would pay around the $30,000 mark for something that high houred. I know the guy that owned the FD70. He is a custom harvester from Fredonia, KS. | |
