nc ks | We have the front left steering knuckle off to repair a leak from the final drive out around the axle yoke. It supposedly takes a special tool to press in the new seal so I am taking the parts to the dealer to have that done. I will take the steering knuckle in, do I need to take the yoke in also?
While I am torn down that far, should I replace the seal in the axle tube also. What is required to be taken apart to do that? Can it be done from the axle end or do you have to un-clip something in the differential? | |
