Blvd d'Espair Bowhill, Sth Aust | Thanks.
The pic I posted up the thread was of Item 2 on JD Parts pic below. .. Part # AH 75184. from a 741 Loader. I am not looking for this part, but for a nipple(s) that match. So the thread size and type is more critical than the tube size to me.
The Deere Parts Detail pic (below) refers to the thread size. 0.750 inch.. and if Metric display is selected..19.050 mm.
The Ryco pic (below) refers to thread size.
The O Ring Face Seal pic (below) refers to thread size.
Since pretty much everything i had found referred to Thread Size, I did too, especially since it seemed to be the issue that was tripping things up in supply of the item. I really dont give a rats rear appendage what the tube size is, as long as it is "adequate" for hydraulic flow.
Having explored some more , and noted the comments kindly posted in response, I think there is little doubt that the elbow i showed is 08........ ."nominally" 1/2 in. bore,,,in fact about 11/32. It has S118-1313 stamped on the side, which now makes me think that it likely is a Ryco fitting with a 13/16 thread size, despite Deere's advice that it is 3/4 In fact the parts detail doesnt look like on ORFS fitting at all...but it is.. So now I am thinking that Ryco S116-1313 is the required part.
But this doesnt explain why three seperate supply places looked at it and didnt think id be able to get the nipple I was after. I am puzzled.
