There's on on O`ahu that is destined for the scrapyard, but if anyone really really wants to own a piece of history, it would be available for scrap price.  I don't know much of its history, but I think it was shipped new to Lana`i and then to O`ahu when Lana`i shut down.  It's been parked in the weeds for probably ten years.  I don't know what killed it, but my guess is the engine, but that's strictly a guess.  Shipping to the mainland would be best done by breaking it down and putting it in a container; probably around 6K to 8K by the time you got done.
