I have both 1/2 and 3/4 inch Milwaukee 18V impacts. I know the 3/4 is stronger for sure. I have no experience with Snap On, but I am very pleased with the 3/4 Milwaukee, have used it taking apart some old equipment like cultivators and such and it loosened everything I tried it on. Seems to be worth the cost over the 1/2 for heavier jobs. Would certainly buy again.
