For the majority of scenarios, I respectfully disagree.  Usually, there isn't enough frame weight to hold the seed openers (row units) at a consistent depth in no-till, except in the mellowest of glaciated high-OM soils.  The last thing I'd want to do is short-change the downforce available for the row units.  Depth of fertilizer can vary without any consequence; depth of seed cannot.
