I have replaced hand pumps on 70 series Allis Chalmers with a holley "red" pump. You can get them from any auto parts store including summit. You don't need nearly that much flow. I think there are other small in line pumps available but I don't know of any off hand. Have you replaced the plunger? That normally takes care of it. You should be able to get a kit from Agco if not from Case.
