Fred comes in the house soaking wet; Lamont asks why he's wet. Fred replies that he was driving across the bridge behind aunt Esther when he saw her car veer off the road and into the water Lamont tells pop how heroic he was to jump in the water after aunt Esther; Fred replied that he jumped in to try and save all the fish that he could.
