Years ago had front tires coming apart, 12.00-16 I believe. Went to an authorized firestone dealer and was told the old tires would need to be sent in for reimbersment. Bought new tires and still waiting on the check, maybe 15 years??? I have my doubts the old tires were ever sent anywhere except tire junkyard.
Anybody have any luck with firestone tire warranty adjustment?
