Be careful on the low hours. Couple years ago we bought a 20 yo tractor with 1700 hrs on it, VG condition. Had a few problems from non-use. Nothing major, just unexpected. Tractors are not made to sit and sit.
Oh, we also paid about 1/2 what others have said here, and it has 30 more HP, but it's not green.
