I would go for the Fendt. We run a smaller one. Yes the cab is better on the Deere. But that is about where it ends. The Fendt uses a lot less fuel in most surcumstances. Because it has the TMS in it the engine and transmission communicate together enableing you to get the most out of the tractor. As for tillage I think it does really well. That is as long as you have a basic understanding of how to set up the tractor. For example the allowed engine rpm drop usually is set fairly high (22%) when it comes to tillage work allowing the engine to lug quit a bit. If you were to run something like a disk mower that needs a fairly consistent rpm the I generally set it at a low allowance (3-4 %). The engine in that unit is the MAN 7 liter truck unit. The one thing that tends to go on those motors is the alternator. They do seem to have a very good torque curve.
