| We had a very similar situation happen to us about 4 years ago. Our loan officer, who dad had worked with for 25 years, suddenly switched banks. He talked to us and said he would like us to keep working with him but we waited and gave it some thought. The bank he originally worked for never contacted us to inform us who our new loan officer would be, even though we had virtually all of our accounts with them (operating loan, land mortgages, business accounts). Choice was easy for us, we switched with him, our former bank finally contacted us the day after we stopped by with a check for all of our outstanding debt from our new bank. | |
