NC Iowa | Okay quick question that hopefully someone can help me out with. As a beginning farmer would it be smart to set up a farm under a corporation, llc or a partnership? I am currently single but sometime down the road I'm sure I'll end up getting married, and as sad it is to say you always should plan for a divorce. Also what are advantages and disadvantages of each thing, and if you were starting out what would you do? I also put in partnership, because I'm sure once I get going my dad would be willing to form a partnership but I'm not sure how that works out. Thanks Guys. | |
