The Internet | At that mileage you would need to look for evidence it had been properly maintained. Cam belts and chains so long as they have been changed on time don't normally give trouble. If the price reflects the mileage and any problems that are likely to be on the horizon you might as well take a punt on it. The only reason I'd not buy it is because it is an SUV.
I've had my Civic for just about 10 years. It gets well maintained because I want it to last me. It doesn't do many miles due to fuel being well over $7.00/us gallon here and at nearly 14 years old 110,000 miles isn't many, even though they have nearly all gone on around town. Time will be it's down fall, I'm not expecting it to last indefinitely. That said aside from consumables, brakes, tyres oil etc it has had a hand full of light bulbs, 2 blower resistors and had the AC recharged.
Honda make good cars. Don't let anyone tell you differently
