I am thinking of looking at an extended cab 4wd 2010 GMC Sierra SLT 1500. It has a standard bed, 18" wheels, and a 5.3L engine. As far as options it is loaded. I am not sure what the rear end ratio is. What are your opinions? Are there any issues to look for? Thanks.
