I am working on our older 1200 planter and noticed there is a different chain tensioner on the row units on newer planters. The CaseIH Productivity guide shows I can upgrade my current ones to this style.

My question is how much wear did this setup show and after how many acres. I have the older sprocket style on our planter that are getting a bit worn and am wondering if its worth getting these instead of replacing the sprockets.
