It depends on the ambient air conditions, but it is pretty easy to dry beans down past 13.5%. Run the fans when the relative humidity is 70% or less and you should be OK. There are a lot of factors, however, that will determine how long it will take to dry the whole bin. If you want a more definite answer, then locate a soybean equilibrium moisture content chart/table and apply your air’s properties.
