If you can get an allied or frey loader for it, do that. I don't know about the 356, but we have an 848 on an MF 398 4x4, an 836 on an MF 375 4x4, and an allied on an MF 255, and the allied is far better engineered and built heavier at the pivots. Just my choice between the 3.
