Wolcottville,Indiana | Buddy and I went to a truck auction and the guy from Goshen brought in some new looking forklifts, Run one to 5750 and they put down 6750$ We looked at each other but went ahead and payed it. that was in December and it took until August before all the stuff was repaired to use. Last thing I bought there and they moved the auction to Indy now.
Another weard one I was at a large farm auction and couldn't get close to see what they were selling, saw a metal bandsaw and the auctioneer hollered its a Johnson, That's what my boss had in his shop so I got it for 300$ from the back end of the crowd and turned out it was a motor crane not the bandsaw. auctioneer made me hold my bid on the bandsaw of 300$ and it was a worn out china junk that blades wounld not stay on. learn a leason that day also. | |
