I have to agree about the metal. Looks like hoses are more or less intact so the metal shouldn't be a problem. Cylinders on the other hand, depending on lenght of time without oil may pose a problem with interior pitting. As far as price, 1/4 of new may be reasonable especially for a backup loader but a little more may not be out of line. Like others have said, price out parts that you think you'll need prior to settling on a price you'll be willing to pay.
