If you haul grain to a commercial for DP(delayed price) or NPE(no price established) how does that affect the commercials books as far as federal and/or states warehouse auditors? If the grain is hauled in there under a 60 day NPE or DP, and not priced within the time frame, then the commercial starts charging storage how are their books affected?
