Subject: wood vs concrete floor

East central Iowa

I have a corn crib that I use as a shop for woodworking.  It has a concrete floor but it's not real level and in one or two places it's broken a little.  I have 2 options.  I could put 2x6 treated down and then cover that with 3/4" treated plywood.  It would probably keep the moisture down and be easier on my feet.  Cost would be about $1700.  Or I could pour concrete over the existing base.  It's in good enough shape on most of it to be just fine with maybe 3" as there isn't anything that will be very heavy going into the shop.

I don't know what that would cost though.

Any opinion as to which would be better?
