SC- Minnesota | Imo i'd ask the LL what amount he thinking he wants. Most LL know already roughly how much they want an acre and some even now who they are gonna rent it to anyway. If they don't and its all about the money not so sure you want them for a LL because it might be a yearly process and can leave you feeling unsecure about the improvements done if any may go to the next tenant. Thats just the way rental proprty works. Keep it short and to the point unless you have a personal relation with them IMO. Ask Questions about their farms like fertility issues and tile and the expectations of a tenant so you have a better idea of the bid you have to process for them.
