Following the post below about the new no percents-off sales practice at JCPenney........................I'm at the point now that I'd be happy to pay their former, full price for any items I wanted to buy.....IF they would just make that uber-annoying, horrible, obnoxious screaming commercial go away.   To me, that thing gives a whole new meanning to "No Sale"!!   :~(
