I posted back a couple months ago about my work situation. I just wanted to let everybody who replied to my post know that I did get a substantial raise, a truck, and a couple other benefits. My employer was very understanding and now instead of being a ace tractor driver, I am now a 100% manager. I wanted to thank everybody for their advice.
