I don't know what this web site is that this other guy is talking about but I would like to know what key things he is talking about!
I entered a Google search thus:

The purpose of the search is to find any mention of similar incidents posted on some other discussion forum.
The website I found is a forum for reporting the caller-id #'s for suspicious unknown phone calls.
