Very good post. FYI Dieticians regularly test for fructose intolerance. It will show up very one in several thousand. It is out there except that the people that have it usually also have a multitude of other issues. HFCS is a good product for a lot of uses, but intolerance does happen. It is an extremely small percentage but it does happen.
