West Central Missouri
Wondering what everyone thinks corn, beans and soft winter wheat will average over the next 5 years. Most new land lease are cash rent for 3 to 5 years. Most guys seem to bid it based off of todays board prices. Wordering what others thought prices will ultimately avg the next 5 years.
