i know there was a 1/4 out by kimeo that was half broke and half pasture that sold for 2800 to j6 crew, they pushed up some monster terraces with white clay showing in spots through the old pasture. the fsa paperwork will take awhile to go through but a good banker goes along ways, you can do a fixed rate lock on fsa part but the banks will more than likely be variable rate.
