I bought some when I had nowhere else to build my own storage.  It worked out well.  When I got a chance to build my own, I found someone who is near retirement and needing a little more storage for his crop, but didn't want more structures and sold it to him to help fund my project.  There is a very good chance that I will own it again someday.  Going rate here is $1.50/bu, no way I'd do it for $2.50.  Ben
