Each farm that I have bought I simply compared what the FSA office said vs what the land owner said. If it close, I didn't worry about it. 2-3 acres on a 100 acre parcel is 2-3%. In today's market, if you want it, you need to pony up and buy it before someone else does! There is always time to kick yourself later!!!!
