That is just about the only issue with them, just make sure the plugs have been changed and then continue to do them every 60K or so and you'll be fine. Once the stock 2 piece are out you will be good with the updated design.

Just remembered the other possible issue, the cam phasers like to loosen up, it'll make a hellova rackte before they go though.
