| I have drilled beans with an old IH drill that only had chains behind the openers. I usually pulled a roller behind it, sow a lot of wheat with the same settup.
Never used a crowfoot roller behind a drill but did have a cultimulcher that had crowfoot front & regular roller on the rear. I havted that SOB. We pulled it behind a disc & was always having problems with the crowfoots packing with wet dirt. Ran it for 2 or 3 yrs and traded it for one with regular rollers front & rear. | |
