Test the oven temperature with a good thermometer. I suspect that the oven temperature is now too low because of the low voltage input. Check the owners manual for the stove, as there may be some info on dealing with this problem. I know on our stove the oven was not as hot a the set temperature and I found that there was some adjustment that could be made to get the actual temperature closer to the set temperature. Going to 208 can cause a lot of heart burn in some situations as you now only have about 95% of the power you had earlier.
