There two pages of them in section H (pages 16 and 17) in the Baum Hydraulics catalog www.baumhydraulics.com. Some are made by Prince.

On my 4020 taps I use the type on page 18 that restricts flow with a micrometer adjustment and acts has free flow the other way. Its really hand to adjust.

They also have fixed flow restrictors, but you have to be lucky to know what size orifice it needs. Or test and drill and test and drill until you get it right for the oil temperature that day.
