Depends what you want to do with it. We like hougens for the small stuff up to about 1" diameter. They are small, light, and easy to work with. We use the large Milwaukee morse taper ones for bigger stuff like 3"-6" diameter holes or metal that has a lot of rust or paint where the magnet doesn't want to stick. The mil. magnet is stronger.

Hmd 904 for the hougen, we don't get the swivel base though
4208-1 for the Milwaukee I believe
