I have had both Kinze and the JD radial meters, both do the job, deere has a better meter and doesn't need as much upkeep, if I had the choice and the price is what you are talking, I would go JD. Kinze meters need more upkeep and babysitting.
Most guys that recommend the Kinze's haven't run the good JD meters. The old 'slobber' cups that JD had before are a joke.
