In Canada, children can only leave the country if both parents are with them. If it is only 1 parent taking them, or someone else, the child needs a legal document signed by the parents, giving them permission to go.
Yea but they let them in with only one parent. My wife's high school running buddy had his kids taken to Canada by his ex and can't do a thing to get them back. She doesn't have custody but Canadian authorities won't turn them over to him in the US. |
