I am going to go against the grain and say B. My wife and I do not agree on this situation and it has led to some blood lashing arguments:) I feel that by coming off the back and remaining tighter to the wall looks neater-rather than over the top where it is "sticking" out into the room. We will never agree on this topic in our household, therefore I will always put it on the way she doesnt like it!!!
