Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | On the farm side we had decent crops...highlight... sold a little at some good prices...highlight...sold too much at lower prices...lowlight...youngest son announced plans to come back to farm...highlight, I think...bought some new equipment this year that I never thought I would be able to own...highlight...took a couple of nice vacations last winter/spring..highlight. Wife and I joined weight watchers and lost 20 lbs...highlight...having a tough time getting the last 10 off...lowlight.
Lowlight was middle son going through a difficult divorce...lowlight for sure....him and our granddaughter living with us for the last few months...a highlight most of the time.:)
All in all I can't complain. Hope we can duplicate the highlights again in 2012.
