Anyone have it figured out as to when and for how far the interior fence is supposed to run on one side of the interstate as compared to when it then shifts to the other??

And have you noticed that at some of the "old crossings" from one side to the other ("turn-arounds for lack of better description), that there is now often "fencing" there-------- without always a warning flag/whatever to show that the crossing is closed??---------- that's bound to wake up some of those violators using those turn-arounds during a rainy, foggy night!!

(Just something of trivia that one encounters while traveling the interstate!)
