Manitoba | Yup,I've only had good landlords. Requested a change from crop share to cash rent mid-season,no problem.Need another month till I sell certain cattle or grain to pay the rent,no problem.After a number of years of renting he sold me the land at about less than half market price.The others have been great too. Other landlords close by have passed over long time neighbor/friends for a few extra bucks an acre to rent to someone else.Guess I've just been lucky. | |
