Depending on how much you are wanting to do and how fast there are some very reasonably priced equipment available. I am assuming you are wanting the oil and the meal. If you feed the meal there are still antinutrionals that can effect how much you are able to feed to livestock. eMerge Genetics has some soybeans where thesen antinutrionals are being removed and reduced to allow more feeding with less heat at processing.
