Ethridge, TN | Milo will sit there for along time waiting on a rain before it'll push the head and try to make grain. Sometimes so long, that you still end up with nothing, cause a freeze will finish it before it makes any grain. You will learn to hate harvesting and handling the stuff, mostly from the amount of trash for me, as I seem to be lucky in that the dust doesn't overly bother me. But, if you happen to be one of the more normal folks, the dust makes for fantastic itching powder. You need a LOT of air if you plan on storing it for very long. It can get real ugly in a bin, in a very short period of time. | |
