Baldwin City, KS | We've had mixed results. The other guy is right, you do have to sort through alot of folks trying to get you to break out their back yard or goat pasture. You just have to politely explain it isn't what you were after. If you get one decent sized farm rented, it is worth it. I find it to be a very nice way of making your expansion intentions known, compared to running down perfectly capable colleagues to their landlords, or offering too much money for a piece of land you have never farmed and might not be worth the extra $. My opinion. When trying to expand, the Golden rule is a great thing to keep in the front of your mind. | |
